Service Delivery Manager

As our Service Delivery Manager, Victoria has full responsibility for overseeing end-to-end delivery across multiple MSP accounts for a portfolio of clients, mostly across the retail and utilities sectors.

“I’ve worked for Sopra Steria Recruitment now for about14 years, starting my career in a resourcing role. This was initially a contract position, but 14 years on, I am still here! I’ve seen a lot of change during this time, but am really proud to have supported and been part of the growth and success of the organisation.

Every day is different in recruitment. It’s fast paced and high pressure but I love solutioning ideas for clients, and knowing that our delivery team is first class helps me feel confident we can meet their needs.  We have a real focus on Service Excellence here, and I love being part of a team that sets out and meets incredibly high standards.  Every morning there is a team scrum in the morning to assess SLAs and make sure everyone feels supported to get to where we need to be.

There definitely isn’t a typical day! I’m not always in the office as my role is very client-facing, so I am often visiting clients making sure we are listening to what they need, really understanding their business and working in partnership to find them the best talent in the marketplace, with the model that best suits their needs. Every client is different, and things change so quick that being close to the business is critical, as what works now might not work in months and years to come so I want to make sure I keep being a core part of their business, and evolving to meet their needs.
