It means I can make my way through high volumes of delivery and determine how much I can earn in the role.
Every day is different. We are usually sourcing candidates but as the roles and projects do vary greatly, you get to learn lots about technology at a fairly quick rate – meaning you can become a market expert quickly. For example, I recently completed an Agile foundation course, which gave me great exposure and really helped with establishing context. I have already made over 16 placements in the Agile space.
