You will have overall responsibility for full service delivery of one or more of our client accounts, managing the relationship, financial information and reporting. With full accountability for optimum delivery of the end-to-end recruitment process within the account, you will work closely with the resourcing team, to ensure the supply of suitable candidates including future capability.
Recruitment Process Administrator
Working for our clients, you will carry out candidate vetting, referencing and resourcing. This will include liaising directly with all external and internal parties, keeping records and databases up to date and ensuring legal compliance across all areas.
Senior Sales Consultant
This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying and fulfilling new opportunities across a broad spectrum of industry and specialisms. You’ll develop your own sales pipeline with mix of prospects, new business opportunities and firm proposals capturing the essence of our business. All in line with the organisation’s sales and marketing plan.
Senior Resourcer / Assistant Account Manager
In this role you will manage the overall delivery of either a profiled client or a portfolio of client’s recruitment activities to ensure successful delivery of their recruitment needs against agreed SLAs. This includes a full lifecycle of the supply of suitable candidates, with screening, vetting and interviewing requirements being met in line with client agreements.
