The judges were looking for evidence of how we have invested in learning and development for our employees, why we feel it is important and how it has contributed to the success of our business.
Our entry focused on our learning and development strategy, including the work we have undertaken to develop, launch and promote the Sopra Steria Recruitment Academy – our learning and development platform.
We also detailed how we have enhanced learning opportunities for everyone in the business, through our partnerships with organisations such as Business Disability Forum, Association of Professional Staffing Companies and Women in Recruitment.
The ceremony was hosted by Olympian Greg Rutherford. As a finalist we are now automatically entered into the British Chambers of Commerce national business awards, which take place later in the year.
